Protect sign-in, sessions, sensitive permissions and recovery details.

Secure your individual account

Use a unique password, keep recovery details current and enable additional verification when available. Never share credentials or verification codes.

Review access and sessions

Remove unknown sessions, keep administrator membership small and revoke dormant users. Shared front-desk devices should use individual accounts and be locked when unattended.

Respond to suspicious activity

  1. Change the affected password.
  2. Revoke unknown sessions.
  3. Notify a workspace administrator.
  4. Contact P-Biz support with timestamps and relevant references.
