Use reports to manage performance

Turn daily operating data into dependable checks, team conversations, and better decisions.

Updated Ask support

Start with a business question

Choose a report because it answers a specific question: what changed, where is the exception, who owns the next action, or how does performance compare with plan?

Confirm filters and timing

Check property, date basis, status, department, and currency before interpreting totals. Live operational reports and closed financial periods may use different timing rules.

Build a useful review rhythm

  • Daily: arrivals, departures, room status, payments, and exceptions.
  • Weekly: pace, channel mix, service issues, staffing, and outstanding actions.
  • Monthly: revenue, costs, profitability, trends, and control reviews.

Share context, not just exports

When distributing a report, include the decision it supports, important filters, observed variance, and owner of the follow-up action.
